Syncopated rhythms

Tony, Leila, Ailsa & Ang come for tea and bridge.

I slow roast a loin of pork. The cracking works better than ever. There’s mashed potatoes, broad beans, and brassicas in a white sauce. Apple sauce too. Plenty of left overs.

We play bridge, but don’t complete a rubber. Ang dishes out strawberries and cream. Tony picks up his guitar, Angus joins him on his box drum, Leila and Ailsa provide harmonies. Roll the tape!
