Fire Sun

The fires in the west here in Canada and America continue to rage, many of them out of control.

So this morning as I was walking to my office I caught this view of the Sun, deeply effected by the smoke in the atmosphere.

This summer has been a real challenge for this earth. Floods, fires, pestilence, pandemic. She groans beneath the weight of it all.
