Senior Expo

The Mistress took these two images at the Senior Expo today. Not that she is Senior yet, but she was helping out at the Marlborough Camera Club Stand.

What a day. She got back to her car to find a ticket on it saying she was parked in a disabled car park. $150.00. The trouble is - her disabled carpark sticker was displayed yet it had been ignored!!!! She went straight to the Marlborough Council but they couldn't do anything as Marlborough Roads was the place to deal with it. So she went there to be told to fill out a form, and that no news was good news, otherwise they'll send a letter! Well the mistress was Spitting Mad!

Then she fell backwards of a stool later on so that's two falls in a week so she's feeling a bit well... senior!!

Anyway the Mistress has told me that this is a combination of two images she took today - the first of the Pavarottti Rose at Dinny's place and an image of some sort of fossilized stone. Overlaid with each other. She thought it turned out quite well.

One bright spark of the day she says is this morning when she managed to learn how to do an animated Gif of 10 images she took before Christmas on the shores of Lake Hawea which is is rather chuffed about.
