We were swimming round the dock when Victoria spotted a ball floating. It became our own Wilson, although we weren’t castaways lol.

I had thought I might join Victoria on her ‘Width of Windermere’ at the end of the month, but I’ve decided that I want to push myself out of my comfort zone and do more than a mile. Karen said they are going to organise a Swim the Menai Straits’ …I said I’ll do that…eek. It is about four and a half miles I think. Well, I wanted a challenge.
