Heave!

Today was the Pic(nic) and Mix party, in this gentleman's garden in the village.  I don't think that the whole village was there, but certainly a goodly number.  It was a great way to meet more people and was enormous fun.  I managed to fail at the sack race, enjoy the three-legged race but come about fourth and win the Tug O' War (in which I switched sides so as to be with the ladies).

This was the children's go and they all seemed to think it great fun.  The Extra shows plastic yellow ducks tumbling down a waterfall in the stream that runs through the garden.  Oh yes, I won the adult's duck race as well, with the minimum of cheating . . .
