Morning trip

We had to be in Coventry for 9am this morning so the husband could have a covid test - itsan hour away, but as it is for a clinical procedure, we could do it at any old place... much excitement from the car as we watched the air ambulance land (without a patient). 

The boys declared it a pyjama day today. We did tell them to get dressed after lunch as we had some things to do outside, so the youngest changed into different pyjama's...

Disaster of the day... trying to do too much and making short bread without sugar, it doesn't work... it went in the bin and a new batch made this evening. Annoying. I did redeem myself with a bannoffee pie for pudding, will be running the calories off for weeks!!
