Six more days of school slice!

Considering its now officially Spring it's been rather chilly again today. We have seen sun but also some snow flurries; I don't think I'll be putting away my gloves quite yet!
We have a Coffee Morning and Easter Egg Hunt coming up in the village on Saturday so there may be a bit of baking blipping going on in the next few days. Gingerbread loaves made today for the baking stall; they keep well so handy to get them ready in advance. And while the oven was on banana loaves and cinnamon rolls made for here. A big batch of Malteser ( or 6 days till the holidays) slice was also made; requested by the boys as their coming home treat. I think they were impressed by the choice today!
