Sauce

Yesterday, I made reference to the ‘magic bag’ containing a steak sauce which could not be frozen and so needed to be eaten. There were some meatballs in the freezer and so this sauce was eaten. In the last year we’ve had a few takeaways but we have had remarkably small amounts of pre-prepared food. Yes, there have been some stir-fry sauces and curry pastes and similar but this felt like a step further into our old habits. It was both easy and delicious. I don’t know why we still have a chipped plate.
