Another hosta flower

Stanley has been groomed today. He normally is very pleased to see Katy but today was a little reluctant for me to leave him there and was keen to get back home when I collected him.
It took me much longer than anticipated to get the unwanted shrub out because the roots were wrapped around a very large slab of rock that was wedged vertically in the ground, The hole was big and deep enough to be a sizeable wildlife pond. Too tired to do anything else once I had finished and tidied up.
