Picnic time...

What a beautiful day for our Croham Hurst picnic! Nine of us there and plenty of catching up. It’s always worth the initial email with possible date suggestions, the writing of letters to some who (still) don’t have an email address, the settling on a date and emailing that and the reminder email a few days before. We did well today; nine out of a possible fifteen and this, twelve years after we all taught together.

I took Little Legs for a walk later. Debbie is not allowed out until Monday, despite regular negative tests. Her day out on Saturday resulted in several in the group being pinged on Sunday.( Was it worth the risk I wonder? I think not.). She said she feels as if she’s playing hooky. Today she cleaned the inside of all her windows.
