Dennis went into the office for meetings today. I caught the bus to town and did some shopping. I needed to get a zipper for the dress I'm making so went to JLs and totally lost my bearings now you can enter from the new St. James Centre.
After that I collected two books I'd ordered from Waterstones, a present for Emma's birthday next week.
Home by lunchtime so I made a start on painting one of the walls in our bedroom. Parcels arrived in the post - contact lenses for calum and some wool for my next project. I really must resist starting it until I've finished at least one of the items I currently have on the go!
Our sunflowers have done really well this year. This one must be around 8 foot tall.
