Corpach

Our boat trip was cancelled so we decided to go to Corpach to Neptune’s Staircase at the Caledonian Canal the longest continuous staircase lock in the U.K. built by a Scot, Thomas Telford in 1803 to 1822. It’s amazing !

After that we walked down the canal side to the shipwrecked boat which was overlooking Ben Nevis. Beautiful.

Stopped at Glenfinnan Hotel on way home for fish and chip and delicious dessert. The rain came as we sat eating - good timing!

Home for another beating at Ticket to Ride! Had a walk to Triagh beach and met Mikey the dachshund - he was so cute and just a pup.
