Friday 13th

Our lawnmower had a problem yesterday: the seat spring failed. In fact, it snapped and I suddenly sat a bit lower. Unfortunately, this also meant that the safety device that shuts down the engine when nobody is on the seat was triggered, so I could not continue mowing.

This morning, I got a replacement seat spring and installed it. I continued mowing where I left of yesterday. About ten minutes later: a blowout of one of the front tyres. And given it's Friday 13th, they weren't in stock so now I have to wait until next week.

Given that both front tyres are already really old, I decided to have both replaced. The mower is now waiting in the shed for its wheels...
