A call from our younger son saw us make our way to hospital. Sports injury in a pre-season friendly; first game since Spring 2020. He was attended to promptly and professionally, and was really impressed. Thanks very much NHS Forth Valley. His mother settled him in his home and his brother and I collected his car from the rugby club late evening.

Next door neighbour took in our Tesco home delivery. That was helpful.
