BBQ time.

First one at our older son and daughter-in-law’s new home. They moved in on 1 June. My wife and I hadn’t had one either this year, so that made it doubly pleasing! Younger son joined us too. Great food, great chat. Warm day. It was the last day before teachers in the family return to school; time passes quickly. We agreed it’d been productive and enjoyable period. It felt like barely a day wasted.

Thunder and lightning and torrential rain started late evening and it was an active period overnight.
