After the Rain

Sunny but perfect temps. The rain stopped before anyone got out of bed this morning. My sister has a drip system on her potted plants when she’s back in Maryland and it certainly keeps everything beautiful here. This is one of three colors of hardy hibiscus she has in her gardens. You will probably see the others later this week. We spent a leisurely day, visited our friends, came to town for a health fair, went to Mass and shopped a bit. We are having dinner at Quaker Steak, a fun restaurant decorated in everything auto racing. As I write this, the girl delivering our meal, dropped the guys’ burgers and fries in the floor - what a mess. So they are getting the replacements free. Great day for it being my turn to pay.
