In all fairness these shots weren’t directly related, but I just couldn’t resist.  The shot I would have liked was just before the second image with the ‘cement pump’ operator holding the ball in what looked a very suggestive manner, but I didn’t have the camera ready.
 
 
So to recap:
 
Top image - first slug of screed/cement stuck in the pipe before they had started.
 
Second and third images - the cleaning ball retrieved after flushing through the pipe after the runs.
 
And to be totally fair, bottom image - the finished job this evening, and at extra the lads at work.
 
 
And for those wondering what this was all about, today the builders put down the screed/concrete flooring in the new property next door.  Well you can’t waste a photo opportunity, can you?
