Busy Day!

I taught both of my plant ID classes this morning - today was herbs and edible plants...a lot of fun. The 2nd section had arranged to meet at a nursery this afternoon which is owned by a good friend of mine (the botanical garden president) so we had a grand time taking a tour of his private garden...I left at 3:45 to play golf, and apparently many of them stayed until 6 talking! 

A quick blip today because it's so late already...but I had the foresight to take some photos in the garden in between my classes. The Echinacea purpurea Purple Cone Flowers are in their prime, full of pollinators.
