Oh MY ! Whit a pie!

Last day at work.

There was a spring in my step and spring in the air. Nice feeling.

Handed in my badge that has hung around my neck for the past 22 years. Felt weird. Said to a friend 'There's something missing round my neck!'.

'Aye', she said, 'A Noose!'.

Lots of people saying goodbye over the next few days. There was a lunchtime date at the bar known for it's big pies for a number of escapees and wannabees. I can recommend the haggis pie with beans and gravy !

There's a big leaving 'do' in town tonight, but I'll give it a miss...think it will be a bit messy. I'm heading out to see some friends tonight and a quiet leaving do tomorrow night with some special people.
