some advance chilli-making, so it’s properly flavoursome when good friends drop in for early dinner on Thursday, enroute from Arisaig for deepest Ayrshire. I’ll hardly have finished work when they arrive, and hate banging about in the kitchen in a hurry when there’s yapping to be done!
