Rook Lane Chapel

Rook Lane Chapel Frome was a place of worship now an Art Centre - built in 1707 by James Pope  the chapel was a place of worship for non-conformist in 1717 there were a 1,000 hearers in the congregation in 1773 a split in the congregation led to the starting of another chapel the Zion in Wittocks Lane - today the Grade I listed building is owned by a firm of architects
