Fringed

After a dentist visit the teenager and I spent an enjoyable day in Edinburgh. Met up with a London friend who was visiting with her daughter who is about to start at Edinburgh Uni. You would have thought that 2 teenagers might provide some entertainment for us but it was hard to prize a word out of either of them.
Still, we managed a nice brunch, a bit of festival, some iffy art and a glass of something nice. The festival is sort of ‘on’ but much reduced so very quiet compared to a normal august.
