Parkrun!

At last it’s back.
First time since March 2020. I didn’t take this photo - that’s me in the red running so fast the photographer nearly missed me. Nah, not really. Snails pace.
Had an extra challenge of cycle home after the event as the teenager had taken my car to his cricket match. Needed a good sit down and coffee after that!
