Inverness

I visited the Museum to view the paintings exhibition of some of the Scottish Colourists. While I sat on a wall waiting for my friend to arrive I noticed this building. I pass it often but have never paid much attention. I am hoping Martinski might enlighten me.
The paintings were lovely especially the ones by Peploe. Photographs were not allowed!
