Time for a mid morning snack

I love these colourful Lovebirds. They are well named as they spend much of their time snuggled up with their best buddy.

There are extensive road improvements underway just outside the entrance to Calderglen Country Park ..... sometime in the future the diggers and guys in high viz vests will be gone.

Good to enjoy a walk round the garden and children's zoo. I'm always drawn to the aviaries and the constant birdie chatter from the Lovebirds and Zebra Finches. I have to say that the wire mesh was just a bit of a nuisance!
