Blooming marvellous

Did some more tutoring in the morning and then went to a friend’s new house for tea and cake. Houses are prohibitively expensive in Guernsey at the best of times. But the average house price has just reached £505,550!!! Their new home is by no means average and consequently cost a lot more!
