Purple Phlox

Late this afternoon, on Union Street.  Hot and mildly muggy, partly cloudy.

We again watched Felix Auger-Aliassime of Canada at Cincinnati's Western and Southern Open. Unfortunately, he reached the end of the line, losing to Stefanos Tsitsipas of Greece. They split the first two sets, which were close, but Tsitsipas dominated the third, 5-1.

Our stay in Afghanistan seems to be approaching its finale, dominated in and around Kabul by utter chaos.
