Galloway hoard entangled arm rings

I was worrying that Mr hazelh and I might run out of time to see the Galloway hoard exhibition at the National Museum of Scotland, so we booked a slot to do so this afternoon. We very much enjoyed examining the exhibits and learning about their manufacture, provenance, and significance. My blip is of four entangled arm rings.

Otherwise, apart from some fun online chats with friends (including ClarissaFox), it has been a very (welcome) quiet day chez hazelh.
