Gruinard bay

We woke to sunshine - hurrah! My blip is a panoramic shot of the bay. In my extra is the view from the sitting room window of the cottage.

I have to confess that we haven't been very active today. Although we spent much of this afternoon outside, we were mainly stationary. We sat together on one rock to the east of the 'house' beach, and then on one to the west, next to the river. Afterwards I lay on the sand while Mr hazelh hunted for shells. When we returned to the house, we sat outside to drink tea and play the first game of Scrabble of the holiday (which I lost by 4 points).

It is very relaxing here...
