ICE IT!

I saw this graphic when I took my friend to the doctor for her 2 week check, after getting hip replacement surgery.  I had to laugh because it was
around the clock ice packs for her, while she stayed with me.   Ice was her friend & I was the delivery person.  

She is doing very well & was given clearance to drive, just 
2 weeks after her surgery.  And she can walk with just a cane.
Truly amazing.  After the Dr. appointment we went out to lunch to a favorite seafood restaurant. 

Hope is in the air!
