Catfish Pie Backblip

It is such a privilege living in the country. Tonight's dinner was catfish caught by a friend of the neighbour's, accompanied by chanterelles found by said neighbour, Kale and garlic and herbs from my garden. How fresh is that? We ate in front of telly as Hubby was exhausted after concreting some stones in front of the garage.
