Potential New Homestead.

Our dear friends Patrizia and Linus are in the process of purchasing this piece of land, here on Cape Breton Island!   It is proving to be a time consuming endeavour, mostly to do with the status of the water source.   Everyone has very optimistic feelings that things will work out well and they will be the proud owners of this magnificent 45 acres of land, only 1/2 hour from Big Hill.

We went over there after work and had a good visit then we all drove back to Baddeck for dinner at one of the Inns.  

It is so wonderful to see them settling into life here on the island!
