399 Days

….a sculpture by Rachel Kneebone in the Chapel at the Yorkshire Sculpture Park, which took her 399 days to make. She creates each work herself without assistants. .
This is a powerful piece, alluding to the body through the mass use of legs - and there are a lot of them!
I went with my friend Jan on a lovely sunny day. Terribly slow getting home - horses on the M1 apparently. Not on theme but in mono for mono Monday.
We went out to Sassos in Harrogate for an evening meal with friends. It was really lovely
