Training

I met a new member of staff today, she will be doing various admin jobs, answering the queries that come in to the main phone number and group bookings. Apparently group bookings definitely no longer include education ones; I gathered that for sure when she forwarded me three emails. I was very glad therefore that I had planned ahead and started the training for my two members of the team to be able to take the bookings and put them on the system. They did well today. 

I left them to practice without me looking over their shoulders and sat in the garden. There is an extra of the large pot of colourful blooms.
