Sugo anyone?

The bumper crop of tomatoes continues. The cherry variety - sweet million - live up to their name. While we really enjoy eating them and the larger ones - Tamina - we can’t keep up so my wife is ready to make Sugo sauce for freezing.

Delicious in the depths of winter.
