Rainbow Vegetables

Yet another spicy rainbow vegetable stew in preparation. It’s not exactly the weather for a hot dinner, so perhaps most of it will be relegated to the freezer.

It is unexpectedly hot today after a really foggy start this morning. I am certainly not complaining although at the moment I’m sitting inside the cool of the hotel hosting our family reunion on Sunday. There are details to be completed but It will be a wonderful location if the weather stays like today.
