Day 3 in East Sussex

And also my birthday - in Brighton, which I love so much. The main is of both piers, the one with the fairground rides, and the West pier which is derelict and only of use as a backdrop for massive murmurations of starlings on winter evenings. This part of the beach was also the venue for my surprise 40th birthday all those years ago. 
My first extra is of a very striking beach hut which I liked very much, and the second is  more beach huts with Palmyra Square in the background - which is close to where I lived when I was a student here.
