Back on Two Wheels!

Ahhh it was a treat to be back on two wheels this morning after being ill. I didn't want to do anything too uppy, down or overly strenuous all thing considered...so the canal seemed like a great option.

I take for granted just going out and riding my bike, but this really was a reminder of how lucky I am to be able to do that. :-)

I also enjoyed a long phone chat to my sister at Sowerby Bridge in the sunshine, where I took this blip.

It's the small things in life that can add up to big things!
