Tony's Chocolonely

Just finished the second bar of my birthday chocolate Tony's Chocolonely which has been savoured and eked out over the last month.   The company was founded by Teun van de Keuken, a Dutch journalist, who launched a campaign against child slavery in the chocolate industry.   After failed attempts to change the industry he decided to launch his own fairtrade chocolate bar.  The bar is divided into unevenly sized chunks - why?  Because to him it doesn't make sense to make them an equal size when there is so much inequality in the industry and it reminds you the profits  in the trade are unevenly divided.  When he launched he felt like the only person who cared about this issue so he called his chocolate "chocolonely".     It tastes fantastic too!
