Salmon’s Leap

Called at Boroughbridge on the way to to the caravan.
This is the weir on the River Ure where the lampreys spawn,and the salmon ladder.
Still spectacular even though the river level is low.
Lovely crab salad for lunch at the Dining Room.

Extra some of the blue plaques around the town.


Now settling in at the caravan.
No TV, internet rubbish. So listening to the radio, and enjoying a bottle of red. ( All gone! )

Weather dull and quite cool!
