Staff Only

You know how there are places near you that you have never visited. You say that you will go the next time but, because they are close, you always leave it? Well, today was the day that Mrs S and I finally went to the Manning’s Museum near Colchester. 

I can report that it was really good. Sir Alfred Munnings was an Edwardian era painter specializing in horses. Beautiful pictures that we weren’t supposed to photograph (see extra but don’t tell anybody). So here is a photo of the greenhouse next door that had a Staff Only sign half hidden under the bench.

Worth the trip.
