Friends

She slept ALL NIGHT!!! :D
I didn’t! I woke up several times and wondered if I should go down but in the end I stayed in bed until I heard Cathie walking along the hall to the bathroom and figured that would wake Scout. It was 6am. Just one wee on the mat and she was sitting up beside her bed waiting for me.

She wasn’t too interested in playing and she was very worried about the noises the window cleaner was making but when I went out to mow the front lawn she howled until Cathie brought her out.

Once the grass was good she had her first playtime out front. Cathie sat on one lawn and I on the other and just kept calling her between us and she ran and ran ad ran. :)

It was then a short nap and lunch before Lou and Sunny came to meet her. She was still tired and therefore quite subdued which was probably a very helpful thing!

It was a quiet afternoon with a sleeping pup so I managed to do some crochet.

Mom and Janet and Jodie and Bonny came round for dinner. Cookie’s casserole and rhubarb crumble. Mmmm! (Even though I say it myself)

Scout took herself back off to bed once they’d left so a quiet evening with more crochet. :)
