Cake Sale

This my wife's contribution to Easter Cake Sale at her school. They are mini-simnel cakes. Had to keep one back - just to test, of course - but the others (and some extras) all sold. We came back with a carrot cake and some buns, to make up for having to give away the mini-simnels.
