My own private idaho

Took the sup out this morning from fowey converted to kayak as a bit choppy, only had the short paddle with me so harder work. Kayaked past point Neptune, Dawn French's old house and then onto my own private beach - what bliss - more to follow 

Afternoon 6 mile circular route out from fowey to polkerris via the coast road and then back inland via the saints way - about a 3 hr walk lots of up and down bits to contend with. Ice cream to celebrate on way home
