Traprain Law

A total stunner of a day, and a really good one to climb this hill. There are the most spectacular views all round, not surprising as it was a hill fort once upon a time. Didn't expect all the ponies (there were several more and they were quite interested in our lunch!).

We followed our exertions with cake and a cold drink in the park by the Tyne in Haddington. It's so dry that the river isn't much more than ankle deep today.

After a bit of this and that I'm now lying in the hammock with a book. Just stood on a wasp, so I'm nursing a sore foot!
