Into the Hills

A days volunteer guarding for a change.   Two trips to Nant Gwernol and back in perfect summer weather.  Green hills, blue skies and smiling faces.   A happy day out.

Ruth and Jamie had a quieter day at home although Ruth and I did get out late on to walk Meg around Rhydyronen.    Two weeks ago we had a brief scare when Jamie had a cough and a temperature, both of which passed quickly after a negative Lat Flow test.   The cough has returned on and off this week which is a pain for him but at this stage there should be no risks of contagion.   These are still complicated times.
