Gammon steak
I know that many people find weeding therapeutic - I am not one of those people. I have toiled in the field (or my little garden) so I feel virtuous.
Many years ago I worked for Berni Inns and a staple on the menu was gammon steak. Once you've had sirloin/fillet/rump every day for a while a nice gammon steak was a lovely change. You'll see that I've gone with pineapple - I had the other one (they are packed in twos) last night and I had a fried egg. I did it proper, with French mustard.
