Vegan feast

Jemma called round for lunch so we ate vegan food. It's my first time with jackfruit and it was okay - you've seen that I like meat so jackfruit was always likely to be a bit of a disappointment. I did it as a stir-fry with onion and a yellow pepper and a splash of soy sauce. Also in attendance was the chana saag thing with chilli and garlic and ginger and all kinds of tastes so that's why I didn't go too wild with the jackfruit. I also made a loaf for Jemma to take home with her.

I've just done a tutorial so it's time to turn off the tech for the night
