A cloudy day , much cooler than yesterday .
We went for walk at RSPB Mersehead this afternoon with our friends Ana and Nuby.
Nuby spotted this spider in a gorse bush . We walked out onto the mud flats , and then enjoyed a picnic on the beach.
In the evening I joined the mantra group . Aleisha led the session , with Lakshmi chants . It was beautiful.
