Mono Monday

I hope this fits the bill of negative space.  I went for a short yomp of two miles first thing this morning, as Sue was dropping the spare fold up bed after the family had visited, in time for coffee :-)

Was intending to finish the ironing, but after coffee and an over the wall chat with neighbours, who gave me some Nigella seed heads and some bits with roots. I haven't any in the garden but hopefully will have next year, as the bits with roots have been planted, and the seeds saved :-)
